I don't have the biggest unit but I've got a nice mushroom head that's 4.9" in girth compared to my 4.2" mid shaft erect girth. This 1.16 head to shaft ratio if very important imo and every man should be striving the reach it.

Also my cawk is very veiny. It's a lot like lifting where you can be big, but if you're carrying 20%+ bodyfat nobody's going to be mirin. Where as a smaller guy at 8% body fat is going to look a lot more aesthetic.

I do have a bit of pube creep up my shaft, but I do what I can to keep that in check.

Only issue is I do have some turkey neck, but I've been doing some stretches to hopefully help in that department.
