Because he’s not demanding that people pay for loans that he agreed to pay back?

In a representative democracy, why would the majority of the electorate "pay up", when they can force you to pay it for them??

They should have learned to code. Would've had no problem paying back those loans then.

If they don't like it they can make their own student loan forgiveness program.

Help students who got STEM degrees with their loans.

Liberal arts or useless woke degrees? Tell em to go to hell.

“Should payments resume this year, borrowers will be forced to make unthinkable financial decisions like whether or not they can save for retirement, start a family or put food on the table,” Braxton Brewington, press secretary of The Debt Collective, a debt-elimination advocacy group told Reckon.

There are some loan programs out there (not the govt) that are giving out loans based on major chosen. STEM = larger loan, history major = smaller loan. That's the direction things need to head in, but of course it never will. On a local note I saw nearby Duke University just raised tuition for the next school year. LOLOLOL.

Duke tuition 2018-19: $53K
Duke tuition 2023-24: $63K

For any non-Americans who might read this, yes that's per year and yes it's before room and board, other fees. Gotta pay the ever expanding number of VP's of diversity, equity, inclusion, exclusion, student life, HR, etc. People attend to hopefully make connections with people from wealthy families.

And they had 3 years of zero interest so they could really bring down the loan amount. That's already a more generous opportunity than ever in our country's history.

Imagine claiming it's an "unthinkable financial decision"....to pay back a loan.

Especially when they've had three years to knock out those debts with ZERO interest.

Biden and the dems will still try to push it through, knowing full well it is unconstitutional and there is no way the SC can allow it. They can then turn and blame it on conservatives after the SC shuts it down and gain a whole generation of new votes.

Conservatives about to get cucked yet again by a senile retard

The SCOTUSshouldblock it.

If the dems wanted to do this, they should have passed a spending bill to do it. Trying to back door it via executive order off a BS covid emergency is outrageous.

The fact that it is student loan forgiveness is immaterial to the issue. POTUS should not be able to spend hundreds of billions of dollars via executive order.

If SCOTUS let Biden do this, then the precedent is set for any future president to declare a state of emergency and spend anything they like, completely bypassing congress.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
