Anyone else constantly seeing heart attack stories in the media?

Anyone else constantly seeing heart attack stories in the media?
Don't know if its my algorithm showing these things to me because of something i looked at but it seems as if for the past few months almost everytime i open up yahoo news I see atleast one heart attack story.
It almost seems as if they want people to connect the vaccine to heart problems?
