Anyone else constantly seeing heart attack stories in the media?

Don't know if its my algorithm showing these things to me because of something i looked at but it seems as if for the past few months almost everytime i open up yahoo news I see atleast one heart attack story.

It almost seems as if they want people to connect the vaccine to heart problems?

Jansen Panettiere, late actor and brother of Hayden Panettiere, died of an enlarged heart, according to a statement from his family. The update on his cause of death comes one week after Panettiere died in New York City on Sunday, Feb. 19.
Now these are just from the last two days, but i KNOW i've seen more stories. Has this always been the case?
