Anyone else think this whole chatGPT thing is going to fundamentally change humanity?

I reckon it's going to change the world similar to the way the internet changed the world but even more so. Whether it's for the better or for the worse we will have to see.

Chat gpt basically replaces artists probably. Like animators, graphics design, and that other crap. Might get rid of law clerks too...

Yes, AI (even if it's not true AI) is going to displace millions of workers eventually. We've known this for a long time and done nothing.

Also there's a small chance it turns on us and goes full terminator 2 lol.

i just had it generate a term paper for me in a matter of a few seconds as i wanted to see what it would write compared to what I was going to write about and it's so well written and done

it's still in its infancy and the real power of it is just going to increase as time goes on

chatgpt is a language tool youre thinking of dalle and stabile diffusion type things.

Im using midjourney and chatgpt daily, its incredible. Literally spits out artwork and marketing **** i would be paying tens of thousands for a year ago at like 70-80% completion, literally import into photoshop. Adjust some ****, blend, layers, add text boom

The increased productivity this tech, which is in its infancy, is incredible
