What happens if I eat nothing but 12 eggs and a protein shake for 4 days in a row?

Will I shred?

Cabo coming up in 9 days and ya boy needs to drop 8 pounds (rip).

Hoping to drop 3 pounds of actual fat (im at 171) and the rest can be water as long as I flush it out for the weekend.

Pretty sure eating that many eggs now is considered a criminal offence can you replace those eggs for a more environmentally friendly alternative?

Not 100% sure what Cabo is, but if it's a place, you will reek it out with foul smelling farts.

Its a beach in Mexico where street vendors will literally hound you every 5 seconds to buy a bracelet with your name on it, or kids guilt you into buying a picture they took of you somtheirw parents don’t best them etc. it always reaks so your egg farts won’t be noticeable.
