Is the OP about the safest city or state boyo? Cities are small parts of most states and influence the crime rate, but it's clearly the low IQ, violent conservatives that are the majority reason otherwise this list would be filled with liberal cities.

What's interesting is that ME and WV have a similar racial makeup, however OP is arguing that it's because ofwhereblack people live in WV is why the crime rate is so much higher for the entire state. So, he's essentially advocating formorediversity throughout the state of WV and in the suburbs to make it look more diversified like ME, which he claims would reduce the state's crime rate. So his premise of "diversity makes us stronger" actually holds some water with that logic.

Cultist blame the fact that red states are clear chit holes compared to blue states on liberals and non-whites. Despite the fact that most liberal and many higher % non-white states don't appear high on these list. The true consistent factor is uneducated, poor, violent conservatives. But for some reason the cultist fail to see this...

Literally the whitest or close to the whitest states (WVa / Alaska) are either the poorest and dumbest or the most violent.
