Menstrual leave for women with painful periods

Spain has passed a bill to allow women to take 3-5 days off for menstrual leave. I'm sure blue states in the US will not be far behind. I said women because men don't get periods.

This is one way to kick women out of the workforce because who would want to hire someone who, by law, gets paid time off 4-5 days a month?

So if a woman was castrated in her belly and she has no more periods she is not allowed paid time off anymore?

Reeeeeeeeeee, equal pay!!!! We also demand 6-12 months of parental leave and don't want to work as hard, and we want "menstrual" leave.......

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Spanish culture is much like modern Greek culture, even the men don’t want to work anymore. They’ve been pushed toward deindustrialization for years without knowledge of it. Transfer of wealth, cultural ruination.

This will just help accelerate the process and help the weak arguments for increased immigration to fill the void.
