Would your employer care about inflammatory social media posts?

I have a Twitter account and I post insanely inflammatory stuff on there.

Like how much I hate ****s, how feminism sucks, how modern women are fat and entitled, etc

Personally, would your employer care about social media posts? I find it hard to believe they would actually fire you

Let's say I don't have my name or picture on my Twitter account, wouldn't I just be able to deny I own that account?

And how would they find your social media? Wouldn't a coworker have to rat on you?
