I have a small waist at 5'11", last I checked it was hovering around 24-27 really good for me. Females always compliment and jealous of dat dere thin waist broad shoulders phenotype

It's mostly because of my legs though. I have to go up in waist size so my legs are able to fit comfortably. Most of my jeans can't be worn without a belt because the waist is still too big.

Those of you who actually lift know what the f*ck I'm talking about.

I have pants sized 32-36 depending on where I’m at 165-190 roughly is what I bounce betweeen.

34 but probably closer to a 32 because of how loose the 34s are, but the 32s dont fit over the quads.
