Anyone gets red lines on shoulder after exercising? 😕 (srs)

Anyone gets red lines on shoulder after exercising? 😕 (srs)
I get them pretty frequently and they're over my bad shoulder so I'm starting to get worried 😵💫
Basically 2 red horizontal red lines over my shoulder 🤔 I googled it and people said it's either stretch marks or because of the bar, but I don't do any barbell exercises 🤔🤔

do you do standing hack squats or calf raises on one of those machines with shoulder pads? I always get red shoulder marks from those

When I used to do super heavy squats I'd have like bloody lightning bolts on my shoulders.
The flesh beneath the skin just exploded, I assume.
