Started working as an engineer after college at 21. I’ve just saved and invested in my 401k mainly. I have 2 rental properties.

I bought a 7 acre farm in what used to be a sleepy town for around 400k. Land here is now going for about 200k/acre. Once this place gets too developed I’ll sell and move somewhere more remote.
