Fact: The flip-phone was better than the "smart" phone!!!!!
The flip phone was better!!!
It all changed in 2012. EOD8989 is right.
The flip phone was an actual phone. With actual buttons you can press.
Even the slide phone was better!!!
Remember Motorola?
Remember the Sony Ericsson s500i? That thing could glow.
The "smart" phone is a rectangle piece of chit of the devil!!!!!!!!!
There was a thread called "Gen Z Is Apparently Baffled by Basic Technology" by havoc00.
Did Gen Z even touch a real phone in their lives!!?!?
You guys remember home phones?
If you didn't dial anything, wouldn't it take you to a directory? That was cool
Phones used to have so much variety. So much variety.
How the fuk did it all turn into a rectangle piece of chit of the devil???

I remember having a flip phone all the way up to 2012. Think it was LG. I was 22 years old. Up until that point, you just used Garmin or TomTom for GPS. Wasn’t really that much harder to get around, because we still had the technology it’s just that everything was in a separate device. I still prefer using the internet from an actual computer.
First smart phone was the iPhone 5. Ngl, only got it because my bois were cracking on me srs
