Is Greg Doucette’s Anabolic cookbook worth it?

Has anyone here bought this book? It’s really expensive, so I’d like some feedback before spending $69 on the e-book.

Just use allrecipes.com, you can search for recipes with your favorite ingredient(s) or main protein. Shows you macros etc. unless you just have money to burn not sure why anyone needs to spend that much on a recipe book. So much available free.

This was the very old days before HTTPS 🔐, when people had their own public IPs 🪪, when this type of network traffic was actually noticeable 👣, and when this intellectual property holders actually could manage filing lawsuits against the pirates 🪝🏴‍☠️ 😄 Nowadays you can literally just google any book + "PDF" and find it and nobody will care 😂👍 The most they can do is go after the person hosting it, not you someone who just stumbled upon it 🤔

We've used it a lot. It has some really great idea's. I guess it depends if you think it's expensive or how tired you are of eating clean.

Damn bro $70 for a cookbook? I am chump enough to pay for cookbooks and I have never paid more than $40 for one (a thick textbook)

OP if you're into ebooks you should definitely keep an eye out for free Kindle books from Amazon. I have over 100 free cookbooks and some of them are labeled as "bodybuilder cookbooks" lol no joke. Slickdeals usually has the free books on their frontpage, just make sure to check it daily

I actually don’t mind buying an e-book if it has value and is priced reasonably. If an e-book is good and $10 or $12 max, i will pay. If its somebody price gouging on a non physical book then I just find the info elsewhere.
