KFC Double Down - Worth It?

Yay or nay?

Was tempted to order two just now, but for all my fellow fast food brehs: it worth it? Am I going to feel deep regret after eating two?



Looks pretty good to me, but we know how fast food can be. Popeyes where I am gigastomps KFC, but I'm tempted.

Disclaimer: I have NEVER had a double down, srs.

a guy at my work tried it today

he said it was good, but he also said its just not worth the $12 he paid... maybe its cheaper elsewhere but here in california its $11 + tax

One spicy, one regular. Anything else worth getting? I think that's about 2000 calories already though lol. I'm sick, and hungry.

Maybe I'll do one combo, one extra sandwich. That's the play.

Combo: with fries (was the mac and cheese any good? or mashed with gravy?) and a pepsi. Ordering soon.

its not as messy as u would think but messy enough and i wouldnt eat it when driving unless u have clothes on u dont care about

Good to know. I had a Triple from Wendy's one time that was so dripping greasy that it ruined a good shirt. Foil wrappers don't help either.

I can report back - very good. The spicy version was a bit more greasy, I think there was some chili oil on it. 2 is definitely a big portion though, pretty sure I'll regret this a little bit later

These were reasonably greasy, I did need the napkins. But the Pepsi washed it down fine. Honestly, tasty for a once in a while binge but I prefer Popeyes, srs.
