So uhhh... Cyberpunk 2077 is better than the witcher 3 now...

Yup I said it.

I avoided this game like the plague after the disaster launch, but my friend recently kept on at me to play it so I gave it a go.

I went in to this game expecting to hate it, but it's actually ****ing goated.

Yeah there's a few issues still, I do get the odd glitch, the odd crash, but it's not too bad in that regard. Also considering how much of a demanding game it is to run, the graphics do lack a little bit in polish (beware Judy's feet) , but that's never been CDPR's forte like say Rockstar or someone.

The setting and story are amazing, I had to play as a chick because the dudes voice was annoying.

The gunplay is super satisfying, and driving around in Johnny's porsche 911 is a lot more fun than riding around on roach.

Judy > yennifer

Sneaking around ****ing with enemies implants, setting off grenades in their pockets> killing banshee number 15 with yrden or whatever.

Also I loved bashing people to death with dildos.

Sadly CDPR has now gone woke and signed up to ESG, so this is one of the last games of its kind. It feels like an early 00s game in all the best ways.

It's a shame the launch ****ed its rep so badly that a lot of people probably won't even give it a chance.

Big fan of CDPR but they did it to themselves. Yea they are going the route most big companies go it seems.
I liked cp2077 i didn't get any glitches at launch but there are aspects that I thought was off.
Was a 7/10 at most for me.
Next playthrough for me will be fully modded adding missing features that were promised and improving aspects of the game.

Combat is 100x better then Witcher for sure.. and the talent trees/gear is fun to experiment with (Unlike Witcher)

I picked it up last year when i got a ps5

Witcher setting/story is far better imo.. but Cyberpunk was not bad.. I felt the story was fairly good but short

Never had any crashes

Very good game (especially compared to a lot of **** coming out).. just not Witcher 3 tier which when i played it on release was GOAT tier

Witcher 3 next gen upgrade is beyond broken as fuk and performs worse than Cyberpunk 2077, but Witcher 3 absolutely mogs Cyberbug as a game.

I played it for the first time last summer after patch 1.5 dropped and had a blast, but it's definitely time for a new GPU, lol.

It lags a bit more because I was recording.

I got bored of Witcher 3 after briefly trying it out.
The two months of CP2077 that I played was some of the funnest gaming I have ever experienced.

The game would be perfect if it felt alive. Looking at the NPC, they still seem brain dead. I'd probably give it a 7.5.

This. What's an example of a game that feels alive? I thought cyberpunk world was fine. Npcs are pretty much brain dead in every game. Rdr2 is the only game that in my opinion has next level world and Npc's.
