he didn't plead guilty to trespassing, though. It was felony obstruction of an official proceeding, which did happen. So I doubt a new trial would happen.

I always thought whether someone confesses or not a re-trial can happen if it was shown one side withheld evidence.
the people bashing chit and smashing their way in of course can and should be charged but someone who just walked in after officals left?
it was already over.

i only give chit because this was an obvious honey pot where things could of gone far worse than they did and the government shouldn't get away with doing that.

I think it would depend on several factors, like whether he was tricked into pleading guilty due to fraudulent evidence. Was he even charged with trespassing at the time also? if so why was it dropped etc...

if only the misc had an actual real lawyer.......

i do know people are offered deals all the time.
sign this, go to jail for x yrs with probation after x yrs for good behavior or drag it out and go to jail for longer because you don't have any of the evidence you need because we won't give it to you.

how many cases have we seen over turned where people plea bargained to crimes they didn't commit because DNA evidence was introduced after DNA evidence became an actual thing?
how are the withheld videos any different than DNS evidence?

it just annoys me that the people in this government aren't even hiding the fact they are corrupt and the media and a portion of the population doesn't care and even encourages it because it's their side that is in power.
