Anybody do ice baths ? (Srs)

I’ve done it 5x now. My goal is 5x a week 3 mins. I do it before a workout when I can and at work I do it after cardio. I’ve noticed I don’t need to take naps anymore in the afternoon and I’m less sore the next day.

What benefits have you guys noticed

Getting one of those eventually. Don’t feel the need to rush it until I get wood burning banya built in the woods off my bedroom deck.

Cold baths have been used to accelerate fat loss and improve muscle growth since time immemorial. Podcasts have nothing to do with it.

Been doing ice baths for a while now and love the way that I feel both mentally and physically afterwards. Happy there is now science to prove the benefits.

Decided to upgrade from the rubbermaid bin to an AquaChill and love its ease of use. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take ice baths but hate the process of getting it ready.
