I think there was video evidence. If so, death penalty, first thing Monday. There is no need for appeals and waiting years.

country needs to bring back death penalty and expedite it, with cameras pervasive it shouldn't be an issue. if hard video of evidence of murder, swift death penalty.

You would have to prove that the area is a "nuisance" with criminals hanging around it and that is known but no one did anything.

I live by a beer store and a dunkin donuts that are in my opinion nuisance businesses.

The beer store has scum that sit in the trash behind it and drink, that is not legal. The Dunkin has people who sell heroin as there's a methadone clinic across the street.

The Dunkin is less obvious but the beer store has multiple robberies around it, shootings, etc and I am for it being closed or they would have to provide security to chase the drunks away.
