Bad experience with carvana

I recently paid off a car from carvana and everything was smooth. Well first off they gave me a hard time about getting the car. Made me show like a million proofs of where I live and all sorts of crap. Almost cussed a woman out. Then finally after being approved they postponed it a week. Then I took off work today to get the delivery. It’s late and no one has even called me. I call the company 5 times which is in Arizona and they can’t get ahold of anyone. I realize it’s not really Carvana’s fault as much as it is the people in Memphis. I finally get ahold of soneobe and they claim they can’t deliver it but will send me an Uber and I can get it. Ok. Well an hour goes by and it’s late now. No one answer the phone. I Uber myself. Felt like a serial killer in the back of a guys car. I get there and they ask me how my Uber was. I was like I Uber myself. She was like we sent you one and I’m like how the he’ll would I know an Uber is on the way if no one notified me. Anyway no floor mats and the coolant is low. Car drives good though but I’m worried I made a mistake. Also o e of the key fob doesn’t work. Probably gave it to their homies to steal it later. I’m suppose to have 7 days but it says 5 on my sheet now.

Gave me hard time
Post poned a week
Took off work and they were 4 hours late before I could even Get ahold of anyone
They send me an Uber but fail to tell me
I Uber myself
Hope the car is in good shape

damn that's rough boyo. i bought my last car off carvana and it went pretty smoothly. if something feels off i would return the car. would not ever spend that much money on something i wasn't sure about.

That’s what I’m thinking now tbh. It’s just I’ve been in a damn rental for a month now and it’s becoming costly and I work 7 days a week now

Carvana has horrible reviews. If you buy from them then you have it coming

New cars are like 35-40 thousand now. Jesus. I usually find a car with 30000 miles on it for around 16000. Now stuff super high. Heck a car with 80000 miles on it now costs 20 grand

Got my car now from Carvana like 4 years ago. Best car buying experience I ever had. Recommended it to my family and each of them also had a great experience

Thinking of getting a newer SUV for more room and hoping stories like this are just one offs. But others are right OP. Might have to go new car mode, prices and everything just make sense nowadays
