Anyone salts their gym water ?
Like srs, I have been getting pretty tired and sloppy by the end of my workouts and i didnt feel the pump- mind muscle connection that good but now since I put a little bit of salt in my water everything feels way better.
Anyone have exp with this ?

I'm just about to start putting sea salt in my workout water, i'll let you know how it goes. I've been finding that if i drink a lot of water i feel a bit weird until i eat something, i'm assuming it's a lack of electrolytes.

I put some salt in my plastic bottle during my run.
