The average height is increasing every year
Prior to 2012, people were normal heights
Now if you go to a high school the males are 6'4 and up and the girls are at least 5'8

The stats disprove that, average height is now going down in US. Most of my friends in high school were tall af, 6’5 white kids was never uncommon. When someone says this they’re saying that in high school they were unpopular so their friends were manlets; but now when they see the high school chads at smoothie king they think the average height changed because they blocked out their high school chads from their memory
27
6'3"

Legit was one of the taller ones in middle school at 5'10". Now my middle school nieces are like 5'8" and their friends are all similar or taller height. I bet almost all middle school boys are 5'10"- 6'. My 14 year old nephew is ****ing 6'0 already. He's taller than both parents and still growing.
Went to a concert recently. The target audience seemed to be early 20s so I have at least a decade on them. There was nobody under 6' feet no joke. Most girls were 5'10". Something happened over the last 15 years.

that's cuz people are no longer starving like in previous generations.
but
this generaiton also gets obese as f by age 30 and dying of cancer/heart disease/diabetes in their 40's and 50's. So you don't get too many years being a manmore eating ur sugar and processed food.

Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

Height increase is very noticable in Europe over the years. I've actually decided to google average height in Europe and this article came out;https://wannabetaller.com/the-averag...n-europe-2023/
Apparently, there is a 10 cm height increase in Europe over a century. However, it is not the case in the US and the average height stagnated over the century. It is most possibly because of the over-consuming of fast food and lack of physical activities. You can see the article about average height in the US;https://wannabetaller.com/the-averag...n-the-us-2023/
