Dude was on enough gear to bring down a rhino so you'll never look like him (unless you're on enough gear to bring down a rhino), nor would I really want to personally since I didn't consider him aesthetic (Bob Paris or Milos Sarcev would be my goal physiques).

When Rich had a beard in that series he was legit blowing up brah. He was well over three bills. And the videos when he was practicing vacuums to make his waste smaller (fukn lol) he was like 280, and I could tell he was down there. When real big dudes fluctuate in weight it is hard to tell, but I think it was obvious when was well over 300 and right at 280.

I did a three hour long bicep workout today. Afterwards I slapped a retarded kid. I felt good and then I looked up to heaven, smiled and nodded...and then I swear...I felt the Piana man himself looking back at me in the rays of the sun and he smiled and nodded. I started flexing right there and then in the parking lot of the gym.
