How retarded do you have to be to believe the SVB bailout won't be borne by taxpayers

There are seriously people who are saying the money won't come from taxpayers, because it will come from the FDIC, who will then just charge FDIC-member banks extra fees to replenish the money, then pass on those fees to customers causing inflation

If you do not have $250,000+ in cash in an SVB account, you are paying for the bailout. Can anyone help me rationalize how there are people out there who don't understand this? (srs)
