Kia k5 gt line.

What do you guys think about these cars? Been looking for a commuter for my 90 mile a day commute. Seem to have good warranties. We have one at my work I can get a deal on. Gonna go test drive it on lunch.

I've been seeing these cars a lot. They're actually real sleek looking in person.

Reliability wise people have said Kia has come a long way. Do some research, do a test drive, then buy it if you like it.

Idk the service at Kia is absolutely horrendoussss

My roommate had a new Kia that got in an accident and needed a new transmission, it took 6 months, multiple electronic issues and returned the car with a broken radio, car parts left in trunk covered in oil on carpet and lots of scratches

They didn’t even detail it, when asked if they had loaners they laughed and said Kia doesn’t do that and their management was oblivious to simple questions

I have a Mercedes and my good god talk about night n day difference, I realize Mercedes is so expensive because they are actually qualified and go out of their way to accommodate benz owners

Same for BMW

Ford sucks, jeep sucks, they left dirty air filters, sold me vehicles saying they were serviced when they weren’t and lie when they got caught until I demanded exposing them with facts (dates on the air filter was original filter of 40,000 miles black as the road on a 90,000$ trackhawk) why you ask? Because majority of jeeps are cheap and the buyers are not very educated

that’s all I can speak on from personal experience for now

Sleek cars but their service is horrendous from all the stories I hear. They don’t do loaners unless you’re traveling, gotta be so far away from home. Anything gonna take forever to get done with warranty work.

Honestly just wait for the new Prius. It looks good, has good performance, still top tier MPG, and it’s reliable.

The car was pretty nice...not gonna lie...I can't justify it though yet.

Gonna keep driving my 97 silverado lol. I would to have to finace some on it anyways and don't wanna do that.

I've read all the horror stories last few days with there service. I work at a Ford dealer...really wanting someone to trade in a new civic to us but I maybe waiting awhile.

hybrids really only make sense for city stop-and-go driving, steady highway driving yields almost no power regeneration. If had a long hwy commute, id go with a little 4 cyl economy car. roughly similar highway mpg, but cheaper and less complex drivetrain

I love how they look, but I can't stand that chrome trim that wraps around the back of the car (though a chrome delete can fix that). I'm gonna be in the buying market soon, and have had my eyes on the GT Line as well.
