I’m on day 10 boyo with no desire to drink srs

I'm a alchy myself but I think he should stay on the sobriety route.

When I did dry July I was at my sharpest.

When I started again I kept it to maybe one strong cocktail a week, and maybe beer on the weekend.

As hypocritical as I sound, sobriety has it's benefits. Weenie boy should keep at it.

Idk why I can’t sleep at night. I get up to pee like 3-4 times a night. Hard to go back to bed srs

I try to stop all fluids intake an hour + before I go to bed. I used to use this powerful PWO and I'd need to chug so much water during the day and evening that I'd wake up to piss repeatedly too, and it devastates quality of sleep srs.

Try that - cut fluids intake a while before, and hydrate better during the day so you don't need to piss. srs man.
