Bro, I have a recurring dream of getting into a fight with a different stranger each time. Hostilities begin and either I try to put my hands up to defend myself or I try to throw a punch, but each time in the dream, I’m unable to move my arms. My arms are just still by my side and I’m like, what the hell is going on and I try to bring my arms up but they’re in some state of paralysis. Meanwhile, the stranger starts punching me in the face and I’m still trying as hard as I can to lift my arms. Eventually after the third punch, I wake up suddenly.

I’ve been having a variation of that dream since middle school. I thought I couldn’t move my arms in the dream cause I’m actually sleeping and probably trying to move my arms in my sleep.

But now you’re telling me that you can throw a punch in your sleep? Reps to teach me how, so I can defeat my nemesis, Sandman.

Damn son, I dont know about that being unable to move, thats crazy. I was able to punch but the person was barely effected, and i was aiming for good spots like the liver but the recipient was just chillin - they said it hurt a little but I must've taken off like 10% damage, it was infuriating lol.

If youve been having this same recurring dream there is definitely a meaning of it which you have to discover yourself

Night before that i fight some 7ft village man with a stone axe.
Cant run or strike, if i run i slow down to 5% same with punches. Theres no option but to LDAR in those dreams man.

Wake up in a puddle of sweat 150 resting heart rate
fuarkkkk. And people say dreams are just random BS, definitely not, they have some deeper meaning

I haven’t had those dreams in a while, but I remember when I did have them that trying to connect a punch was sometimes like trying to touch two magnets with the same polarity together. I just couldn’t make the punch connect. Other times it was like your dream, where the punch would connect but just wouldn’t do anything.

I think I also used to have those “in a car with no brakes” dreams around the same time I was having the weak punch dreams
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave

I've been lucid dreaming lately, and it's involved flying every time, and it's been amazing.

The feel when you realize you're dreaming, and can do anything just flapping my arms and soaring in the air around a city lmao.

I then landed, and walked around the city. It's crazy the people in the dream were complete NPC's just like in Grand Theft Auto.

I started walking around, and then saw a woman unzipped her shirt, and grabbed her titty she kinda smiled, and then I woke up.

Always wake up at the best part in good dreams I swear.

I think they're just pretty common and tied to anxiety or stress. Kind of like those dreams where your teeth are falling out. Everyone experiences the same type of dream because it's a natural response for your body/subconscious/whatever, not because we're experiencing the call of cthulu or something lol
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave
