Preworkout food

What do you guys usually eat before lifting/cardio that will keep you full? I usually try to have a light snack and I always end up feeling hungry, trying to strike a balance here

I've been lifting fasted for 27 years so there are my thoughts. To this day I don't think I could lift after eating.

I never eat for 2, sometimes 3 hours before working out and at those times I'll have something high in protein with little to no carbs. If you’re a twinkcel and don't put on weight easily I can't see it as being as big a deal.
