What burns more calories - 30 min on elliptical at average rate or 1 hour of bball

or 1 hour of shooting around basketball by your self or playing 32 with the people there?

basketball burns more calories, but if you have to use an elliptical and you're bored out of your mind, just stream a movie or TV show from your phone and only watch that show while doing cardio so you'll have something to do while you're on the machine.

Probably basketball. But more importantly, playing basketball sounds a lot fun and therefore more sustainable.

Boyo, I'm talking about regulation height 10' basket ball rims.... not the elementary school rims...
