Daily reminder to finish the last eccentric

I rarely see people completing the last rep correctly. It adds up over time and takes little to no effort but

Let's say you do bicep curls 3x12. Last eccentric instead of dropping the weights, milk it out.

That's 3 eccentric reps you could do if you didn't drop the weights after last concentric phase.

2x a week that's 6 reps.

Over the course of the year that's an extra 312 eccentric reps you're missing out on you lazy bum. Eccentric is more beneficial than concentric.

Milk that last eccentric like you're suckling on a big diddy milf.

Trust me bois.
