Excuses fatties have used to continue eating junk foods

This is a follow up thread to my other one asking what excuses fatties used to not exercise.

The same fat guy I knew from the earlier thread said he didn’t want to abstain from junk foods because if he died, he wouldn’t have enjoyed his junk foods one last time.

What excuses have you heard from a fattie for continuing to eat junk foods?

Financial struggles. When in reality, eating clean is so much cheaper than eating junk food.

It’s not my diet, I just need to workout more.

TFW it’s both but they don’t want to make diet changes.

My FitBit told me I did 10,000 steps today, so to reward myself for all my hard work I can now eat 4 double chocolate, cream covered birthday cakes for dinner guilt-free

In fact, even just WEARING a "fitness watch" seems to be enough excuse for fatties to think that they are doing enough to be able to eat junk.

I swear 95% of fitness watch wearers are fatties.

FACTS. I went to the gym with my obese friend. We walked 3 miles. His Apple Watch said he burned 1k cal and he wanted to get Five Guys after. I just shook my head.

Usually obese people are food addicts, and addicts will use whatever they need to in order to justify their next fix.

I always laughed at the middle aged mothers who came in for a 10am yoga class and then immediately got a smoothie from the smoothie bar that replaced all their calories burned plus a bit extra. But because it's a smoothie (full of milk and peanut butter) it's "healthy".

My Co-Worker eats healthy for the most part, but it's the little things, like drinking an extra large Sweet Tea from DD, and a large coffee with 2-3 pumps of cream.
