I had those almost every day from age 8-13. They're simple yet satisfying and would keep me feeling full until lunchtime during the school year. And where are you from OP? They're called frosted flakes in the US

Can't even remember the last time I ate cereal. Aren't they $10 a box now? Cereal consumption has been on a steady decline in the U.S. for a while now.
