If you can live anywhere in the USA regardless of cost of living

Where would you go? My job is getting ready to move me, and i have some input in where I can go. They will be paying me more or less based on the cost of living in the area I end up in.

I prefer living in communities with a large latino population.

Do i go to a big time city like NYC or LA

Or do i go to a mid sized city in Texas, New Mexico, or Colorado?

I’m leaning to the latter but a apart of me knows how much more fun being somewhere like NYC could be for me, especially being in my late 20’s i have a smaller window to still have fun and smash young, thick , pink holed cakes.
