Put on my dark Oakleys, don't care if we're inside. Camera wont catch me slippin. Second, put on my hoodie and put both sleeves in the pouch pocket, leaving my arm with the strongest grip free underneath my sweater. Next, pull out and take my traveling size nasal decongestant (which I always have on hand).... and finally now that I'm ready, take the ultimate sniff and start my forearm workout.
