Jackson, Mississippi water system leaking 5 million gallons of water a day

From ONE PIPE.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/water-sys...112817587.html

Jackson, Mississippi has an 83% African American population.

Any cuck on here want to explain to me how racism causes black run countries, cities, and towns to be 3rd world status? People can't even get running water in some of these cities in America. When did these cities NOT have these problems and what was the population demographic then?

That's pathetic. Didn't we recently have a big federal infrastructure spending bill passed?

Water is a free resource. You can dig a well in your yard and use that. Or build a water cistern system to collect rain water. Or if you are an apartment cell you can go gather water from a natural spring, river or lake and use that.

When you pay for water you are paying for the service of having it pumped to your home or filtered/bottled and marketed at a store where its easy to purchase.

If you don't want to pay collect/purify the water yourself.

Not saying you're wrong, but isn't collecting rain water illegal in most states?
