Colby Covington is underrated

Leon Edwards is talking trash about Colby and saying he doesn't deserve the title shot, but that's complete BS. He fought Usman twice and was clearly above everyone else in the division. Leon is just scared to fight him,

Dont think mashvidal fight was enough for another title shot.

I think he's in a good spot in terms of rating by fans. People know he's good it's just that he's purposely not fighting the other contenders because he knows if he loses he hurts his image. Not a bad play on his part but can't fault Leon for saying it either.

I get that, but it was a dominate win and he was very competitive against Usman. And Leon said that the winner of Burns-Masvidal should get the title fight, but clearly Colby is better than Masvidal, and Colby is ahead of Burns in the UFC rankings.

He's definitely done enough to drum up interest in him by fans, even if it is just an act. Is he really ducking other fighters though? I haven't really heard much about him turning fights down. I do think he's a little underrated just because he's so insufferable with his WWE act that it's annoying and people have a hard time looking past that to see his actual ability.

Same clowns who hate Colby are fine with Masvidal getting a title shot after going 0-3 (lost every round) and no wins since 2019.

Leon is praying for Masvidal to get a lucky KO against Burns so he can get an easy title defense W against the bum. It's obvious.

Other than Leon, Colby gave Usman the most trouble by far. Arguably won the 2nd fight. Hasn't lost to anyone but Usman since 2015.

colby might be the best/second best in the division. but it's ahard might considering he won't fight anybody. inactive fighters don't deserve title shots. simple as that
