What is the name of this exercise?
It's one I've never seen anyone do, but I do it at home sometimes if my back is feeling a bit stiff -
Basically get into a deadlift sort of position, but legs straight/straighter, and lean forward so your face is kissing your toes completely rounding your back (or as far as you can get)
Then from there do a movement that is basically the opposite of a sit up. Like a sit up for your lower back.
Feels fantastic for my back, even some holding that back rounded position hear a bunch of cracking in my back, good cracking.
I know people say not to round your back or to do that sort of a movement, but I think they're wrong, it's a movement that body can go through, at least with just bodyweight

From an as curved spine as possible, to straight back, repeat.
I can imagine that must feel so good with added weights for people that get a stiff back, just opening up all the back fluid or whatever/letting things in that area expand
To about the red line, and down, repeat

All about that reverse sit up motion, rather than back extension motion/deadlifting motion
