It's Suuuuuuunday night, wagecels! Employee loyalty edition!

Your 48 hours of respite are over and it's time to clock back in for Mr. Noseberg. Do you honestly think that's a life for free men? To clock in every day just to make other men wealthy? I don't ever want to hear a single sniveling word about being alpha from a slovenly beta who slaves every day for Mr. Shekelstein.

Also daily reminder that inflation (+ extra corporate profit) is going to continue at real rates of 15%+/year for the foreseeable future and middle class wages are actually down 1% since pandemic lulz.

I used to have a summer job at the Coca Cola bottling factory when I was in uni

This one guy used to come in ... swipe his card ... leave for the day, hit the gym, go to the beach etc then come back and swipe out

Me and my buddies used to sneak outside the plant at night hop the fence and go into the trucks and steal cases of energy drinks lmao ... it was hilarious, we'd take turns hopping the fence and the guy who hopped the fence would run to the truck and back with cases of energy drinks and then toss them over

had a manager at a previous job give me a hard time that my poop time was actually on a poop schedule. I made a thread about it here years ago. I continued doing my duties.
