I can't relate to this either. The only exception is if you're retired and want a part time gig doing something social (bartend/bouncer once a week, greeter at a store, etc.) just for some extra side income to gamble with or something.

Outside of that, agreed OP. If you can't entertain yourself or feel purposed and productive, setting some goals and accomplishing them, you're wasting your life. Retired especially. All that free time you could learn some skills and discover new hobbies, visit new places, get some fitness/physique goals, etc.

Yes, like how boring of a person are you if you can't think of ANYTHING you'd rather spend your time on than wage slaving for Mr. Goldbergenstein?

I would much rather blast feral swine with suppressed ARs and thermal vision than be a NEET or desk-bound CEO $10k/day corporate dude

fr a lot of these dudes are just spoiled and entitled, imagine trying to be a NEET in the Democratic Republic of the Congo without an advanced civilization and hard working people to provide your social safety net

Your average African villager raising animals in the DRC contributes more to humanity than a government dependent

This Congo cattle rancher in the heart of Africa is living a better life than an aimless, entitled NEET in the USA

If being a NEET was a truly satisfying way to live life, these cope posts would not exist

I love my job but job or no job I'm sure I have a fulfilling life.

One way or the other, I always find something worthwhile.

Agreed it's the biggest load of COPE ever.

I took a year off work a couple years ago because I made some good money in the stock market. I took the time traveling, doing hobbies, reading, watching movies, etc, and never once felt bored.

People who think they need a job to not feel bored are sad as phuck LOL

My job affords my life....that's it.....it gets in the way of everything else I want to do.... Family, hobbies, projects, travel. If I had a better way to make money, I'd do that....and I just dont understand how people can just be bored.

Projects and hobbies take 10x longer b/c I have to work. I'd love to have money coming in and all the time in my day to do chit I want to do.....would never be bored.

Fuk a job. Luckily, I found a job that pays me considerably more $$ than I need and I don't hate it.

Okay, what do you do with yourself all day? Netflix, video games, porn, pizza, weed sound very fulfilling......
