You have to pay to add cheese on their signature burger, that tells you they are ****. Was almost worth it when it was 2 for $6-$7 but now it's 2 for $10 in Canada.
$3 big macs or 2 for $6.20 on the app > anything at bk

Agreed. That's my go to there. That said I don't go all that often or Burger King does get boring quickly but every 6 weeks or so a Double Whopper with cheese is dope.

I’ll say this objectively. Is it a good burger? Not really. Is it good for the price? Hell no not even close. Is it good for nostalgia? Yes, absolutely. Reminds me of going to BK as a kid with my dad or riding BMX bikes there with friends etc.

Had Five Guys one time and it was like $17.50 for a double, fries, and a large drink.

In N Out is very good but where I live it's so damn busy during normal lunch or dinner hours you are looking at 20-30 minutes wait time. Usually if I go to In N Out its at like 9 or 10 PM

Sadly, this.

I have both Shake Shack and Five Guys near enough to work that BK is a hard pass. For nostalgia I went back once fairly recently and was irate at: (i) the server not understanding when I asked for ketchup; and (ii) a lukewarm patty in a sad whopper.

Absolutely nothing close to the proud franchises I remember as a kid ded srs. Their lackadaisical attitude left space for others srs.
