Mass shootings were common in Australia until firearms were restricted. Since then we haven't had one mass shooting.

And they locked your ass down without a vote, sent cops on you for being outside, said you could not move 5km from your home, and cracked down on your anti-lockdown protests, then had you pay for it all

Banning guns is like cutting off everyones dick to prevent rape.

America has a culture problem. It breeds mental illness.

Don't get me wrong, Australia is full of the same degeneracy, but it's just not as diverse in its degeneracy.

Your president stole your election, laundering hundreds of billions of YOUR money in Ukraine, sending your economy down the drain.

I will forfeit the point that having a gun for protection is valid for the moment (although isn't required here as I've never faced a criminal in Australia with a gun).

But don't act like any of you would use your right to bear arms to stand up to the government, you'll be as cuckolded as any other country.

Yeah but at least our children aren't getting blown away in the classroom.

We're long out of lockdowns, and anyone who didn't get vaccinated and held true are vindicated. Life wasn't that bad, it just meant you couldn't go to sports games or bars or socialise for a period of time. There's no end in sight to America's mental illness problem, though. The innocent will continue to fall victim to your plethora of mentally ill degenerates.

Switzerland has high rates of gun ownership but not mass shootings

Everyone is on board with the government, they are armed and defended to the teeth, ready to protect their neutrality

There is deep trust between the citizens and the government, and every man must serve in the military or provide alternative civil service

Finland is also like this, and like Switzerland, it is a very successful high-trust society, but I'm not saying we need mandatory service in the USA

Because clearly the issue is not gun ownership, in light of this evidence, it's much deeper than that, the USA is its own problems

This nation is sick on a spiritual level, this land has not reconciled with the crimes of this government, slavery and genocide

Men like John Brown understood that men of action have to stand up and make things happen to turn the page

I always lol when people from subhuman countries think that the US, which is fundamentally the opposite of everything they are, should learn lessons from their socialist cesspool.

But the murder rate went up after the ban, not down. And once it did start going down, it went down the same amount in the US, despite there being more guns than ever in the US.

Do you want less murder, or more gunless murder?

No guns = no shootings

The amount of mental gymnastics that come up every time this happens is just astounding.

This is exactly what happened on January 6th, people are standing up, and the media is not going to spoon feed it to you, the revolution will not be televised.

Look I don't crap on the Australian people for the crimes of their government, I cheer on the Australian people that have the balls to stand up to CCP style tyranny.

You don't understand American history if you don't understand our history of armed uprisings, I don't expect people outside the US to know about Blair Mountain or even non-Appalachians either.

Americans have been engaged in an invisible war with the government for generations, often breaking out into armed struggles, some victories, some losses, but the war has not ended.

Yeah the Australian government is down with the war in Ukraine as well, look, our oppressor is the same. I'm just making an important point about arms and self-determination.

I have personally seen my government kill citizens during civil unrest, I know the history of things like Kent State and Blair Mountain and Colorado, they don't teach it.

Yes, we need guns to protect our livestock and to protect our property, you don't have to forfeit a point, that's the reality, they want to ban cattle ranching too.

We can trade words like men over our governments, but in the end, as working people in the West, we are facing the same elite and the same struggle.

So many urbanites cannot understand that farmers need guns to raise animals and feed the masses

Or that rural people need guns to protect their lands, because the cops out in the sticks can be far away

People who are loyalists to the federal government are fine with the government enslaving people in the federal prison system and taking fishing rights away from Indigenous people

We didn't have mass shootings 30+ years ago, when guns were even more accessible, including machine guns

I personally don't think it's worth getting rid of guns for the sake of stopping mass shootings.

But it's almost a certainty that tighter gun restrictions would slow this stuff down. Most of this stuff is done in the heat of the moment, and if there's some type of "cooling off" period it might be just enough to calm someone down.

There were a ton of suicides back in 2018/2019 from parking garages in my city, at least one person every month or two would jump and kill themselves. As soon as they installed nets from the top floors, that number went to 0 quickly. Obviously there are other things they could jump from to commit suicide, but they weren't nearly as convenient and the urge to die settled down.

Don't be delusional. Australia is in a much better state than your country is today. Just as an example of where you live go search "NYC Subway" on Twitter and have a glance at the countless uploads of filth. Legit looks close to societal collapse.

Compare that with a world leading city like Copenhagen, ***** or Singapore. All of which are immaculately clean & safe. Aus cities ain't on that level, but they also don't have sh*t stained walls & tents on the sidewalks either.

I thought it was just one mass shooting in addition to the milperra massacre which doesn't even count since it was perpetrated by outlaws anyway.

How are you going to "control" the guns in a country that has 500 million of them? Logic not even once.

Yeah, but Australia is smaller and a literal island. Its easier to enforce such a ban on a populous. America is connected to a 3rd world country that regularly trafficks guns into the country illegally.

But also there has always been a rabid gun culture in America to the point that they treat it like a religion. They live eat and sleep with their guns Australia was never that fanatical about gun ownership.

Gun laws will never change in this country until someone in a high position of power is directly effected by it like some politicians son or daughter, then there will suddenly be bipartisan support for stricter gun laws, 2A be damned. And if you dont think it will happen, remember they quickly molested the 1A by creating the Patriot Act after 9/11 and noone cared.

Lol, NYC is the capital of the world. Literally every person in the entire world wants to live there. There are 100 million people around the world wearing New York Yankees hats right now.

Maybe the Chavs in London want to live in *****, but otherwise nobody around the world wants to live in Singapore or Copenhagen(which would rank like 15th in Europe in desired cities to live lol).

Everytime you've posted this david, I **** you in the ass and you have no answer for it.

When firearms were restricted in Australia there were about 750k total firearms in circulation if I remember correctly.

The USA has about 500m guns currently in the hands of private individuals.

Australia HAS had mass shootings since then.

If you have built up resources & have any common sense then peace of mind just has to become the priority. This is something that declining Western nations simply can't provide. ***** 100% can.
