For real,basically 95% of people I know are on some form of medication for depression or anxiety

Also, yuppie parents reject their kids in multiple ways by focusing on work over the child. So, you can have two parents but if they treated you like a side project, mental problems.

Most people eat nothing but industrial foods and then cant figure out how it correlates to their mental and physical health.
Not a single white woman can cook anything but spaghetti anymore and wont do even that unless they have to. Its all microwaved and restaurant crap which is basically made in a factory someplace and reheated.

Prob. bad parenting and lack of religion imo. No morals anymore which kicks peoples ass more than they realize. I'm not very religious, but it has it's benefits of having a modern family and the network of the church to either help with child care or social skills kids can build.
Now that the modern family is eliminated you have two wildebeests raising a child. That never ends well. Imagine not having a father figure. You're guaranteed to be fuked.
Then there's the helicopter parenting which creates anxiety, lack of real life skills and entitlement.
Biggest component is probably our social structure. The human condition by default always wants improvement. Then people are always comparing themselves to others with social media.
Nothing about our education is very useful or applied to real life. Not to mention there's not one fun component to keep kids engaged. They're depressed before they're an adult.
