How tf do you nerds maintain a sleep schedule??!!
My sleep is so fked on average I go to bed around 2-3am, then wake up at 8-9am with no alarm. So I feel like dogchit everyday and I think my brain is getting messed
I actually had better quality sleep when I was drinking everyday cause the alcohol would put me to sleep. But as a sobercel I legit can't sleep before 2am
is it over for me ?

Wake up earlier, around 7, no coffee after morning, get some light first thing in the AM, work out or get some exercise, take magnesium before bed, may help to shower before bed, melatonin can help to set your sleep time but not to be used every night. Natural light in the eyes in the morning is like reverse melatonin. Don't sleep on magnesium tho srs, and by that I mean do sleep on magnesium.

Quetiapin 25mg. It will actually knock you the f out for 7-9hrs & its not harmful. Widely prescribed for insomnia.
Also for psychosis stuff or whatever but those dosages start from like 200mg & go up to 800 for some.

Take magnesium glycinate before bed. I have an alarm set for when it's time to go to bed, I stop what you're doing, get ready for bed and read for like 30 mins.
Also when I do something physical during the day it's easier to go to sleep because I'm actually tired.
