Are black-to-white transracial "real" white people?

There appear to be more and more Black-to-white transracials around the world. That is, black people transforming into white people. Central Africa (particularly places like Sudan, Darfur, South Sudan, Ethiopia etc) particularly churn out a lot of transracials. They're usually thin, tall and wiry and "become" white and then move to Europe/Scandinavia and/or the United States.


But...are people like this actually "real" white people?

Would you count these folk are "white"?
