The Bolsheviks sounded exactly like the SJW's today
The Bolsheviks believed that capitalism and colonialism had a negative impact on women, as these systems reinforced traditional gender roles and contributed to the exploitation and oppression of women.
Under capitalism, women were often relegated to low-paying jobs and were paid less than men for the same work. They were also expected to bear the burden of domestic labor and childcare without recognition or compensation. In colonial contexts, women were often subjected to the double oppression of gender and racial or ethnic discrimination.
The Bolsheviks sought to address these injustices by promoting women's rights and gender equality. They recognized that the struggle for women's rights was an integral part of the broader struggle against capitalism and imperialism.
The Bolsheviks legalized abortion, granted women the right to vote and hold public office, and introduced policies to promote women's education and employment. They also sought to challenge traditional gender roles by encouraging women to take on non-traditional roles and by promoting gender equality in the workplace and in the family.
However, the Bolsheviks faced significant challenges in implementing their vision of gender equality. Traditional attitudes towards women persisted in many parts of Russian society, and women continued to face discrimination and gender-based violence. Additionally, the demands of the ongoing revolutionary struggle often took precedence over efforts to promote women's rights.
Overall, while the Bolsheviks made some significant strides towards gender equality, the extent to which they were successful in promoting gender equality in practice is a matter of debate among historians and scholars.

Liberalism and Conservatism (Two sides of the same coin) both lead to Fascism.
All grass roots movements were infiltrated. Any social justice movement with sincere intentions, and started off well meaning were railroaded quickly.

"My outer appearance was poor, but in this way my inner world became richer than anyone else's. Was it not natural that a young boy who suffered from an indelible drawback like mine should have come to think that he was a secretly chosen being? I felt as though somewhere in this world a mission awaited me of which I myself still knew nothing." --Yukio Mishima

It's ironic due to their conflicting ideology, but the behavior is about the same.

The 1970s was a duplicate of the times we are living in now.
White people were getting afros to be more black, women's lib was highly aggressive, there were hippie terrorists, there was super high inflation.
Most of you don't know that, but if you watch some 70s movies you would think they were made today.
