As we approach Spring/Summer, with this being a body building forum, I hope you guys are actually lifting. That being said, for us single guys this is a reminder that you can add +1-1.5 on the rating scale by having a decent tan, doesn’t have to be anything crazy, just don’t be pale. Make sure you are getting outside into the sun for 20-30 mins of direct sunlight everyday. I use to do 5 mins in the tanning booth when I went to Planet Fitness back in the day and I’m not even gay. The most important thing is having a tan face, as we all know facial aesthetics are the most important thing to women, besides bank account and status.

If your already tan the new trend is to give your gooch/anoos 5 mins of direct sunlight everyday. Just ask Mario.

Cliffs: Lift heavy weights, eat a well balanced diet, get direct sunlight everyday if you can or tan (it’s not gay I promise), increase your aesthetics.

I tan so easily, I don't even have to make an effort. Last summer, people would sometimes think I was mixed and it was interesting to see how some people treated me because of it.

I've got some bad news for your brah

My ex was the same way. She would complain she was getting too tan. I dno if it’s a Hispanic/Latino thing where having dark skin is looked down upon. My ex before her was Argentinian and she was the same way. She wanted to be as pale as possible. But for Those of us who are white men i promise it will increase your aesthetics.

At the time I was living in Boulder Colorado. Would only need to do it in the winter. It made me stand out amongst the rest of the pale brahs. Think want you want homie. I’m just trying to help.
