It's Suuuuuuunday night, wagecels! Retirement edition!
Can you believe the weekend is already over and it's back to work for Mr. Noseberg in a matter of hours? Mr. Shekelstein already put a deposit down on that new Richard Mille, so you really need to have your chit together this week, ok? Remember to be grateful for the opportunity he's giving you to make him a lot of money. Try to get to bed early and be in before any of the other wagies tomorrow, show him how much you care.
A great man once said, "There are two types of people in this world. Those who own businesses and those who scrape chit off the floor. Which one are you?" Be the BEST chit scraper in the world!

Remember when our grandparents retired at 55? All the senior programs, activity centers, communities started at 55 because that's when you're supposed to stop wageceling and finally be freed from your slave shackles. Well, that ain't gonna be your life lmao. You are going to die on your feet in a gray cubicle or unheated warehouse. Mr. Goldsteinenberg will toss a tarp over you and quickly order an "Uber Incinerator" to turn your body to dust, so as to not disrupt the daily workflow.
Social security is going to move to 70 and then 75, and probably 80 in another couple decades. The MOGGERS already got your pensions. They are slowly raking your 401k's dry. Now they are coming for social security lol. What do you think housing is going to cost in a few more decades? Healthcare? Food? Energy? They are coming for it ALL. Anyway, happy sunday! Watch your stories tonight so you can put off the existential dread for at least an hour or two longer.
You're going to eventually go vegan lol. Meat will be a privilege for MOGGERS to enjoy. Maybe you'll learn to appreciate the taste of cat food? You won't have to look at it, at least. You will spend your golden years eating friskies in the dark.

Just think of it like camping!

How much higher is this number going to be 30 years from now?

This graph only shows up to 4% lol. True inflation for the foreseeable future is going to 15%+

Just lol

The best thing we do for MOGGERS is just... die. So it's all going to plan. No sense in keeping a field hand alive if they can't work the fields anymore.

For those who are going to work tomorrow morning. Please be courteous and dont make a bunch of racket.
Some of us are trying to sleep in.

I'm doing research on small businesses. A couple of guys on YouTube make $1000/day pressure washing and cleaning roofs. Not sure I want to go that route.
I'm seriously thinking of going for home inspection. Guy charged my parents $375 for a modest house.
There's also e-commerce but it looks difficult and over saturated

I'm convinced 90% of small local businesses are run by technophobe boomers, immigrants who hardly speak english, and people with substance abuse problems. No reason a miscer can't outcompete them.

Absolutely brutal for Goldfinemann/sheckelstein/noseburg-cels
But today wagies, this is going to be it. This will be the Sunday that changes your life
Start a side hustle
Learn to sell
Learn to market
Grow that business
Eventually replace your income
Quit your job
Become financially free
Be your own boss
You can do it!

Damn, and I didn’t even get to complete my optional weekend wellness seminar, I was too busy completing a project. I’ll have to pick up the pace next weekend and fit it in around my work. It was so selfish of me to not give them assurance that I won’t rope this week.

That meat graph cannot be true. Before the pandemic you could reliably get Boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.99 a pound, today it's b/w $3-$3.50. Beef has been stable and dipped cheaper for a time.

You gotta make $150k for the American Dream these days. Before you say people are buying too much, we're talking a modest living. Decent $275k house, a couple Toyotas, paying the kids college, maxing retirement, and emergency fund.
Yeah you need about $150k in most cities. Less than that and you're struggling.
