18 - Graduate from Highschool. Enter any of college/military/tradeschool. Figure out your future job / major. Lose virginity and/or have a GF. $0 net worth.

22 - Graduate from college, or finish tradeschool and hold some years of the job. Have a LTR. Negative or otherwise $0 net worth.

30 - Finalized your choice of career, have a 6 figure income, maybe get a mortgage. Have a LTR or fiance/wife. Subjective to area but positive net worth (maybe $100k+).

40 - Middle-of-career (high level analyst, shift lead, manager, director, etc.), deeper 6 figure income (number starts with 2 or 3 maybe), paid off house. Have a LTR or wife, maybe kids. Majorly positive net worth since house is paid off and got other savings/investments ($1m+).

50 - End-of-career (however far you intend to go), even deeper 6 figures income (starts with 2 at least), paid off house, maybe with another house/rental. Have a wife, maybe kids or even teens. Enough net worth to retire in the next few years ($3m+).

60+ - Retirement, positive income from investments, paid off "dream house." Have a wife, kids at adult age. Retired fully ($5m+).

Yeah that could make sense. I know some hot girls that stayed single (possibly virgin) by choice until their college years. Plenty of guys as well who just "couldn't get laid" (like myself) until after high school. I was personally 18, maybe 19, when I lost my virginity. Had a "sorta GF" at age like 16 though but it wasn't a real relationship.
