Raw after Mania (3 April 2023) reactions

Glad to see Riddle is back, wonder if upcoming feud will reference his rehab? Good omen for Randy returning soon too.

Loving the "positive-Ali" skit w/ Lashley, decent athleticism in that match.

Liked how Raquel and Rhea stared each other down.

Not sure what Brock's motivation is here, hopefully he cuts a promo next week explaining why.

Seems to be heading towards Roman/Brock/Cody triple threat for the world title at the next PPV.

i think making Cody look "sympathetic" by being made a fool of by a much cooler badass in Brock Lesnar will backfire and hurt his character.

Bailey was reportedly cut last minute. And before I read the news, I noticed no women wrestling til the last hour or so.

As of Cody, they are making him look more of a threat to Roman in their next singles match by first having a feud and beat Brock it seems.

That's the idea.

Cody being the next top guy was an HHH idea. Vince wants Brock vs Roman for two more years. Needs to knock Cody down.

All that time spent on the Bloodline angle and now they have nothing better for Owens and KO than to wear the mid card tag straps, and eventually have the cliche “friends break up” angle for the 500th time when they eventually lose them. Also where were they when Cody was getting massacred by Brock?

Was midcard Riddle the biggest surprise? Horrible post WM Raw any way you cut.

Can definitely tell there is some patchy transitional booking going on and things aren’t in the same cohesive stream as before. Vince is back for sure.

To be fair to the two Canadians, they are probably ready to help but decided not to. Last time Owens faced Brock was a squash match.

Anyway didnt Cody said his contract was one of the most complicated contract in wrestling history? I am sure he got multiple main title wins there somewhere. As Trips’ said, the story is not finished, all about long term storytelling.
