Washing balcony with a pressure washer? Alternative ways?

Pimping out my balcony for the summer srs. Dropped 5hundo on polywood/rattan garden furniture & some fabrics/roll up covers.
Made a sight cover from plank & since there was just steel railing on 1 of the walls. Now i just need to clean it.

I got a loud 90db air compressor & a washer i could use it, but. The side i built the sightcover on doesnt have a wall so it wont hold the water in & slide it through the pipe instead fall down. Possibly make the effect when pouring coffee & mother****er starts sliding down the pot instead of the mug, straight on my neighbors.

How many floors are we talking about? I think you gotta go knock on their doors and offer to do all their balconies.
