What to do...live in Eastern Europe or US???
Currently working/living in Eastern Europe for almost past 5 years...been going back-forth to the US to visit family and such, but recently landed a job in Florida from making 50k for 4 years to 300-500k later down the road in my mid-30s...
Not sheriff should come back home or continue working/living a simple life here and enjoy the women and simple pleasures rather than chasing money/career.
tldr; use my youth (in my mid-20s right now) to hopefully find a young, quality betch w/ a nice simple life or live a slightly more stressful life and hopefully by mid-30s be financially successful yet most likely coping with being too old after being too career-focused is what's going in my head

You will start making 50k and then in a few years make 500k....what will you be doing, selling coke?
If it's a sales job it sounds like a lie and you will not be able to achieve it.
As was said, making 50k is not a lot. It's enough for a small apartment and so on. It will be a struggle to get a car on top of that.
Unless it's a very sure thing that you will make 500k....I would stay where you are.

Years ago a friend of mine who is a radiologist started at 300k in Florida because they have different medical regulations than other states. So, his family is not from that state but he couldn't pass it up.
However, you are doing something that is 50k and then in a short time advances to 500k and that is a huge jump. The question is whether that is real or not.
If you jumped to 100 or 200k that would also be great, but are people like you making these salaries there now?

Just a thought, but this job that you will be making 50k to start but have the potential to make 500k 4 years down the line. If you take this job, I can almost guaruntee, you will no longer be working there in 3 years

Since I’m in EE myself, what I would do different and my advice.
Well first save enough working that good job in USA for house.
Then save for some retirement etc.
all this in 10 years is more than possible.
Now the wife thing, do you have any prospects now? Why not take her to usa with you , then you both work, save and buy a house here in EE?
Would be nice for girl to see some world/get to know her in different scenarios.
Maybe you can land a gig in usa where you work remotely and can keep working from EE living like a king as been said.

I currently don’t have any prospects with me atm…but I am working here in EE
Also I see you’re a paramedic…misc. Doc here checking in
I speak the language here fluently but the pay kinda sucks however everything is walking distance and life is simple
Most important thing to me now is just my youth and going after women…the money is guaranteed everywhere but it all depends on how much

Florida is the land of doctors it seems, due in large part to the elderly population. You would have job security working in the cities I imagine. With that said, one GP I'm familiar with didn't like working at the local hospital. The hours were long, 12 hours, and pay not as good as he hoped. He burned out and ended up changing jobs. He is still in the medical field but with work that is less stressful and time consuming.

I’m also an American who lives most of the year in EE, and it’s definitely a tough call. On the one hand, culture and lifestyle are in many ways better and more chill in EE. Things there in my opinion are more like things used to be in America, and the vibe is really good. The women are very good-natured, feminine, friendly, and beautiful, there is practically no obesity and you can tell people are in general healthier.
I love being in EE, but the downside is the money, cause there ain’t any. It sucks to work for a fraction of what we know we could make back in the states and I feel that. My current strategy has been to go on extended visits back home to hang out with my parents and pick up seasonal work, and live on that for the rest of the year in EE while living with my girlfriend. It has its problems though, I just went over 3 months without seeing her while working at a ski resort as a lift operator for $20 an hour. That really sucks, and is hard to sustain especially if you want kids. Ofc I know the OP is in a different scenario, but I think quite a few people are doing it like me.
The other concern is family, my parents are starting to get old, and possibly only have a few more good years left, and I want to spend as much time as possible with them. Finding a balance between all this is hard, and for now I’ve basically determined that I’d rather live with very little money just working a few months of the year than have a full time job where I’m essentially stuck in the same place all year. I view money as a tool to achieve the important things I want in life, such as spending time with loved ones, travel, eating good food etc, and as long as I’m able to get by on a lower budget with more free time, that is what I am choosing over a “responsible” career. Just my 2 euro cents

Even quality of food blows the US out the water...everything is literally fresh and organic at a cheaper price lol
Besides that, the downside is having lower wages in EE

Florida and Eastern Europe are very different places though.
You aren't going to find much culture there and it's HOT as hell with burning sun. I like the beautiful plants and lizards everywhere but the sun is vicious and I got severe sunburn on a cloudy day on one visit.
Also, that state is subject to dangerous weather. If the money is unbeatable then I would consider it but if not I wouldn't be overly excited to live there.
Another friend of mine moved there, at the top of the state near Georgia, and she likes it a lot, as it's not as extreme in temp and weather.
